By creating an account or using the Gig n' Cash platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Worker Accounts
- Workers may create profiles showcasing their capabilities and apply to jobs
- Workers are independent contractors, not employees of Gig n' Cash
- Workers are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations
- Misrepresentation of skills or experience may result in account termination
4. Employer Accounts
- Employers may post jobs, review applicants, and hire workers through the Platform
- Job postings must be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable employment regulations
- Employers are responsible for verifying worker credentials as needed
5. Payments & Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
- Circumventing the Platform to avoid fees
- Reverse engineering or scraping the Platform
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gig n' Cash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
